If it was using Snow Halation, then, of course, it would be removed. You can see a licensing agreement on YouTube videos using the song. Newgrounds doesn't have a such a thing with various record labels, so if you find any content utilizing copyright music without permission, please report it. Tom Fulp can not afford to be sued and the site would be shut down as a result.
I'm sorry. A swing version does sound interesting though. I currently listen to the Snow Halation but it's Bakamitai and Take Me Home, Country Roads (Nuclear Winter Update) versions of Snow Halation on a near-daily basis because they constantly pop up in my YT recommendations.

It was my swing arrangement for it. I used the original acapella in it, and melody. So it was removed.
